  Terms and Conditions
 
1. Registration will only be confirmed on receipt of payment.
2. Payment is due prior to the start of the Convention. Access to the convention will only be granted on receipt of full payment
3. An invoice with the Convention bank details will be sent to you within 48 hours of receipt of you registration. Please make payment once you have received this invoice to assist us with identifying your payment in the Convention bank account.
4. Receipts will only be issued once proof of payment has been received, once the payment has cleared and been identified in the Convention bank account.
5. Proof of payment must emailed or faxed to: Madele Boyd madele@soafrica.com F: 011 463 3285
6. Please ensure that all payments have your unique pin number as on your invoice, in order to trace your payment in our bank account (eg Pin 234)
7. All payments must be made payable to SAPOA Convention.
8. Registrations are transferable to delegate who have not yet registered.
9. Delegates attending from countries outside South Africa are requested to make payment in South African Rands (ZAR) and are responsible to cover the bank charges.  The full delegate registration fee amount invoiced must appear in the conference bank account.  Should this not be the case, the delegate will need to pay the difference in cash on site before being allowed to participate in the Convention .
   
Cancellations
   
1. All cancellations must be received in writing  and fax/emailed to madele@soafrica.com Fax: 011 463 3265
2. Cancellations received before 1 March 2012 will receive a full refund, less a 10% administration fee.
3. Cancellation received between 02 March 2012 and 31 March 2012 will receive a 50% refund.
4. No refunds will be issued for cancellation received after 01 April 2012
5. Delegates will be charged for invoices issued failure to cancel prior to the 01 April 2012 and in case of not arriving at the convention
6.  All refunds due will only be issued after the Convention
